In einem speziellen Verfahren wird Hochlandbambus extrem stark verdichtet und unter Zugabe von Leim und Phenolharzen gebunden. Anders als Tropenholzdielen werden die vor klimatisiert und sind dadurch sehr formstabil.

In der ersten Bewitterungsphase werden zudem keine rötlichen Inhaltsstoffe ausgewaschen, wie sonst bei Tropenhölzern üblich.

Die Terrassendielen weisen eine beeindruckende Materialdichte von ca. 1,15g/cm³ auf und zeichnen sich gegenüber vergleichbaren ökologisch bedenklichen Produkten aus Tropenhölzern durch eine besonders hohe Form- und Farbstabilität sowie ökologische Unbedenklichkeit aus.

Unsere Dielen sind beidseitig verwendbar, sehr formstabil, wetterfest, langlebig und CO2 positiv .

ACHTUNG : Für einen Quadratmeter benötigen Sie 7,299 Lfm. die Ware wird in Laufmetern verkauft

Befestigung
Unsere Terrassendielen werden mit Edelstahl-Clips in den seitlichen Nuten
auf einer Unterkonstruktion aus Bambus oder Aluminium befestigt.
Natürlich lassen sie sich auch von oben (sichtbar) verschrauben. Die Dielen
lassen sich mit normalen Werkzeugen für Hartholz sägen, bohren und schleifen.
Untergrund

Der Untergrund der Unterkonstruktion sollte tragfähig, je nach Lage frostsicher
und ohne Bewuchs sein. Es ist wichtig, dass Wasser ungehindert ablaufen kann. Nachbehandlung

Sämtliche Schnittkanten sollten bei der Verlegung mit Terrassenöl oder Stirnkantenwachs nachbehandelt werden.
