Mischen Sie Ihre eigenen Nährböden wie ein Profi! Unser Malzextrakt-Agar Pulver (MEA, 200 g) ist die bewährte Standard-Rezeptur für die mykologische Arbeit im Labor. MEA (Malt Extract Agar) gilt als der universelle Nährboden für fast alle Speise- und Vitalpilze.


Es eignet sich hervorragend zum Auskeimen von Sporen, zum Klonen von frischen Pilzen oder zur Selektion von Mycel-Stämmen auf Petrischalen.


Enorme Ergiebigkeit: 5 Liter Nährboden


Im Gegensatz zu fertig gegossenen Platten ist dieses Pulver extrem kosteneffizient. Die Dosierung ist einfach: 40 g Pulver auf 1 Liter Wasser. Das bedeutet, mit diesem 200g-Beutel können Sie insgesamt 5 Liter Nährlösung herstellen. Das reicht – je nach Füllhöhe – für ca. 200 bis 250 Petrischalen!


Die Mischung macht's


Unser Pulver ist eine abgestimmte Fertigmischung aus hochwertigem Malzextrakt (Energiequelle) und Agar-Agar (Geliermittel). Es enthält bereits alles, was das Mycel für ein gesundes, rhizomorphes Wachstum benötigt – kein Abwiegen von Einzelkomponenten mehr nötig.


Anwendung:

  1. Lösen: Geben Sie 40 g Pulver unter Rühren in 1 Liter Wasser.
  2. Sterilisieren: Sterilisieren Sie die Mischung in einem geeigneten Gefäß (z. B. Laborflasche) für 45 Minuten bei 121 °C im Autoklaven oder Dampfdruckkochtopf.
  3. Gießen: Lassen Sie den Nährboden nach dem Sterilisieren auf ca. 50 °C abkühlen (dabei stetig rühren, damit sich der Agar nicht am Boden absetzt) und gießen Sie ihn unter sterilen Bedingungen in Ihre Petrischalen.

I absolutely love the wolf tipped colors: ivory, dark grey and a slight brownish hue. There is a slight odor but I don't find it offensive. It stayed put on my leather couch and sitting on it during a Netflix movie was heavenly warm and comfortable. I did not observe any shedding. Will definitely buy another wolf tipped one, once it becomes available as it is worth the money.

I bought a ‘Genuine Sheepskin Rug Double Pelt Natural White Fur 2x6’ from Amazon in 2011 for $112.49, and recently decided to recommission it in my new living room. And I immediately ordered the ‘Genuine Sheepskin Rug Double Pelt Natural White Fur 2x6’ shown on this page from Super Area Rugs for $119.00. What a difference! These rugs are large, plush, and super soft. The quality of these rugs is obvious, much, much nicer that either my old sheepskin rug or the ‘bargain’ rug I returned to Amazon. I was so impressed with the quality of this rug that I immediately ordered a second, which arrived this morning (it matches the other rug perfectly). My older sheepskin has been reassigned to another room because, well, it’s not in the same league as my two new rugs, which look terrific together. As is so often the case, you get what you pay for. So if you’re looking for a top quality sheepskin rug, this is the one you want.
