Im Latte Art Kurs lernst du alles rund ums Milchschäumen: von der Milchauswahl, zur perfekten Milchschäumtechnik bis hin zum Eingiessen von diversen Mustern wie Herz, Rosetta und weitere.

Vorerfahrungen sind nicht notwendig. Da wir den Kurs in Kleingruppen à maximal 5 Personen anbieten, können wir individuell auf dich eingehen und deine Latte Art Fähigkeiten intensiv trainieren. Wir stellen diverse Maschinen zur Verfügung, die du zum Üben benutzen kannst. 

Für wen ist dieser Kurs?
Der Latte Art Kurs eignet sich für alle, die zu Hause wunderschöne Muster in ihren Cappuccino giessen möchten. Idealerweise weisst du schon, wie du eine Siebträgermaschine bedienst. Vorerfahrung ist aber kein Muss.

Was sind die Ziele des Kurses?

  • Richtige Milchauswahl und grundlegende Theorie kennen
  • Konstant gleichmässig Milch aufschäumen können
  • Giessen von verschiedenen Mustern beherrschen, je nach Vorerfahrung (Herz, Rosetta, Tulpe, Schwan etc.)

Was ist genau Inhalt des Kurses?
Gaaaanz viel Üben unter Anleitung - und die nötige Theorie fürs Verständnis der Zusammenhänge. Im grossen Übungsteil bekommst du laufend Feedback von unserem Latte Art Spezialisten.

    Steve, erfahrener Barista, Latte Art Meister und erfahrener Kursleiter

    Wo findet der Kurs statt?
    Im neuen Barista Atelier von unserer Rösterei an der Wallisgasse 14, in Frutigen.

    Muss ich etwas mitnehmen? Kann ich meine Maschine mitnehmen?
    Du musst nichts mitnehmen, wir stellen alles zur Verfügung, was du brauchst. Wenn du möchtest, kannst du deine eigene Maschine oder dein eigenes Milchkännchen mitnehmen. In diesem Fall teile uns dies bitte kurz mit ([email protected]).

    Ich war schon am Barista Tageskurs. Lohnt sich der Latte Art Kurs dennoch für mich?
    Wenn du deine Latte Art Fähigkeiten weiter ausbauen möchtest: auf jeden Fall! Im Latte Art Kurs dreht sich alles ums Milchschäumen und Giessen. Du kannst sehr viel üben und bekommst fachmännische Rückmeldung zu deiner Technik.

    Hands down, the WORST printer I have ever owned. In THIRTY years.
    I love Epson print quality so when my Epson finally bit the dust I HAD TO have another Epson. After lots of research I bought this one. It takes FOREVER to wake up and print. It shouldn’t take 5 minutes to wake up. I am a VERY light user. At the time of this initial review I'd maybe printed 500 pages total, so it's not like this thing has been put through the ringer or anything. This thing CONSTANTLY jams. Or says it’s jammed. It may or may not be. But you’ll have to go through the motions every time you want to use it anyhow. It burns through ink faster than a cracked out toddler dumping paint all over the floors and walls. WHEN ONE COLOR RUNS OUT YOU CAN NO LONGER PRINT B&W I’m sure there are more reasons why I hate this printer, I’ll try to come back to add them if I think of them. THIS PRINTER HAS INSPIRED ME TO DISASSEMBLE MY OLD EPSON AND BECOME A PRINTER REPAIR TECH IN MY FREE TIME IN HOPES OF GETTING THAT ONE TO WORK. I don’t recommend that route either. I think Epson has lost me forever. All I want is a printer with their great print quality, two paper trays that accept different sizes, and a rear loader for heavier paper, that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. My old WorkForce did all of that beautifully and for whatever reasons they decided that shouldn’t be an option anymore. RUDE. UPDATE: This pile of junk will ALSO say that it is out of paper when in fact it is not. I hate it, so so so much.
