Gleichzeitig lassen sie genug Spielraum für individuelle Variationen und eine ganz persönliche Yogapraxis, die den eigenen Bedürfnissen angepasst wird.
Auf dem Poster Creative Sequencing 1-3 sind drei verschiedene Sequenzen abgebildet:
- Sequenz 1: Aufwärmen
- Sequenz 2: Hüftöffner & offene Positionen
- Sequenz 3: Neutrale Positionen & Drehungen
- Sequenz 4: Umkehrhaltungen
- Sequenz 5: Rückwärtsbeugen
- Sequenz 6: Vorwärtsbeugen

This blanket is extremely soft and has a really luxurious feel.
It looks high-end and adds a cozy, finished look to a room. The size is great for a throw—not too small, and big enough to comfortably use for one or even share.

Very Impressive Quality

I don't normally write reviews but my search for a low-cost quality throw for my sofa is finally over, right down to the "dark yellow" color. The quality of this throw is amazing for the price, it's just thick enough and very luxurious looking and feeling. I washed it straight out of the box upon delivery fully expecting an issue so I could return it asap. I used the delicate cycle in cold water, low heat in the drawer and it looks better than when it arrived. I ordered several other throws for $20 or less on Amazon that were too thin or the color was dreadful, but this item was perfect in every way. No shedding so far.
