Diese Neuentwicklung aus dem Hause HF-Series ist kompatibel mit nahezu allen Ansaugsystemen für VAG 1.8 - 2.0 Euro 6 TSI Motoren.

Es stellt ein sehr wichtiges Bauteil zwischen Turbolader und Ansaugsystem dar, denn nur wenn der gesamte Weg bis zum Turbolader optimiert ist, kann das gesamte Potenzial von Turbolader und Motor zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Entwickelt wurde der neue Ansaugstutzen, um maximalen Durchsatz und optimalen Flow zu ermöglichen.

Da das originale Bauteil restriktiv ausfällt und zusätzlich strömungsungünstige Kanten aufweist, ist dies nicht auf Performance ausgelegt, sondern erzeugt sogar Verwirbelungen und Staudruck.
Im Gegensatz zu diesem wurde unser Upgrade-Ansaugstutzen nach dem 3D-Scan auf den maximalen Durchmesser von 70mm vergrößert. Dies hat zu Folge, dass der Luftdurchsatz von 219cfm beim Originalteil durch den Austausch gegen unseren Ansaugstutzen auf satte 334cfm und somit über um 50% verbessert werden konnte.

Dank modernster Flow-Animationen und anderen Computer-Simulationen entstand so dieses Performanceteil aus Aluminium mit CNC-Flansch und handgemachten Abgängen.
Nur so kann die Luft im optimalen und gleichmäßigen Strömungsverlauf zum Turbolader gelangen.
Die Resultate sind höhere Maximalleistung und verbessertes Ansprechverhalten.
