Really Nice Hydrating Toner Pads

At 52, post-menopausal, with dry and increasingly sensitive skin, I’m very selective about toner pads. Many of them either feel too thin and ineffective or too active and irritating. On some mornings, they even give enough hydration that I don’t feel rushed to apply moisturizer immediately. Fragrance is also worth mentioning. They’re quick, convenient, and a nice step when I want hydration without adding another liquid toner.
