FR-BIO-01 100 % Chardonnay. „Les Toisieres“ liegt genau an der Kreuzung zwischen Meursault und Monthelie. Dieser nach Westen ausgerichtete Weinberg bringt Weine mit großer Spannung und Länge hervor. Der Weinberg war früher mit Pinot Noir bepflanzt und wurde Anfang der 1990er Jahre von Pierre-Henris Vater mit Chardonnay neu bepflanzt. Die Trauben werden von Hand gelesen und im Weinberg sortiert. Wenn die Trauben im Weingut ankommen, werden sie vorsichtig zur Presse gebracht. Nach einem langen und sanften Pressvorgang wird der Most in einen Betontank gepumpt, um die Sedimente abzusetzen. Dann kommt er direkt in die Fässer, um die alkoholische Gärung zu durchlaufen. „Les Toisieres“ wird wie ein Meursault vinifiziert, mit einer langen Reifung von 18 Monaten in Eichenfässern. Es werden jedoch keine neuen Eichenfässer verwendet, damit der Wein sein Terroir so gut wie möglich zum Ausdruck bringen kann.

I've been using this for about a month now, every night on my face and neck, hoping to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and tighten some of my skin in that area that seems to be losing elasticity.
