In unserer Gläsernen Manufaktur in Kinsau fertigen wir Brillen traditionell von Hand. In dieser Kategorie sammeln wir besondere Ausnahmen: absolute Einzelstücke. Es sind Farben, die wir nicht in die Serie aufgenommen haben, da wir Fans von Farbe und Abwechslung sind. Jedoch werden meist die gedeckteren Farben verlangt. Aber es gibt ja trotzdem Brillenträger:innen mit Lust zur Farbe und Abwechslung und daher möchten wir sehr gerne unsere ONE OF ONE Einzelstücke zeigen und auch bestellbar machen. 

Wir lieben unser historisches Vintage-Acetat:
In unserem Archiv lagern alte, seltene Acetat-Platten. Oft reicht das Material genau noch für eine einzige Brillenfassung. Die Farben und Musterungen dieser Vintage-Platten sind heute meist gar nicht mehr zu finden. Wenn eine solche Platte verarbeitet ist, entsteht ein unwiderrufliches Unikat.

Echtes Brillen-Handwerk
Egal ob altes Vintage-Material, Recycling Acetate oder laminierte Naturstoffe – jedes dieser Einzelstücke durchläuft unsere komplette Manufakturfertigung. Vom Fräsen über das Einsetzen der Scharniere bis zur finalen Handpolitur wird jede Brille als eigenständiges Handwerksstück behandelt.

Softer and Larger than Expected
I was a bit wary of this shirt because I had only purchased 100% cotton ones in the past. My first impression out of the package was how soft the material felt. I was very impressed because it usually takes many washings before oxford cloth shirts get that soft. When I put it on, I discovered that there was no noticeable difference made with the small amount of stretch fabric woven into the shirt. I suspect that there would be some give if I wore the shirt as a tight fit, but I prefer my shirts loose, so it wasn't an issue. I found that the shirt was larger than other same sized shirts I've received from Amazon in the past--bigger is better than smaller, but if you are looking for a close fit, you will want to be conservative in the size you order. I didn't realize until I'd been wearing it for a while that it lacks a pocket, I went to put my glasses in my shirt pocket and there wasn't one!
