Die Brüder Arturo und Kike de Miguel — ihre Vornamen ergeben den Namen Artuke — gehören zur Speerspitze der neuen Rioja: Statt Kellertechnik und amerikanischer Eiche stehen hier Parzellen, alte Reben und präzises Handwerk im Mittelpunkt. Bewirtschaftet wird biologisch, gelesen wird von Hand — und jede Flasche erzählt von ihrem Herkunftsort in der Rioja Alavesa.

Der Trascuevas 2024 ist die weiße Visitenkarte des Hauses: Viura und Malvasía, ergänzt um einen Anteil Palomino — ein bewusster Rückgriff auf die historische Sortenvielfalt der Region, als weißer Rioja noch Feldverschnitt war. Im Glas zeigt er gelbe Frucht, Kräuter und eine kalkige, fast salzige Spannung, die man weißem Rioja selten zutraut.

Ein Weißwein für die Gastronomie-Bühne: zu gebratenem Fisch, Pilzrisotto oder iberischem Schinken. Nicht zu kalt servieren — mit etwas Temperatur zeigt er Format.
