WAS: MAGIGOO Flex ist für den professionellen Einsatz konzipiert und arbeitet ausschließlich mit TPU- (thermoplastisches Polyurethan), TPE- (thermoplastisches Elastomer und TPC- (thermoplastisches Copolyester) Filamenten. Das Teil sollte nach dem Abkühlen relativ leicht zu entfernen sein und der Klebstoffrückstand sollte es auch sein leicht zu reinigen.

WARUM:
TPUs, TPEs / TPCs beschreiben eine Gruppe von Polymeren, die manchmal als thermoplastische Kautschuke bezeichnet werden. Thermoplastische Kautschuke existieren als Copolymere oder eine Polymermischung, im Allgemeinen aus einem Kunststoff und einem Kautschuk. Dies verleiht sowohl thermoplastische als auch elastomere Eigenschaften. Infolgedessen haben diese Materialien den Vorteil, dass sie sich auf mäßige Dehnungen dehnen und in die ursprüngliche Form zurückkehren können.

Zusätzlich haben diese Materialien sehr gute thermische Eigenschaften, Materialstabilität, chemische Beständigkeit und sind kostengünstiger herzustellen. Infolgedessen sind diese Materialien in industriellen Anwendungen sehr gefragt.

Einige flexible Filamente zeigen eine geringere Haftung auf herkömmlichen 3D-Druckoberflächen und eine hohe Neigung zum Verziehen. Andere haften zu gut auf blanken 3D-Druckoberflächen wie Glas und PEI. MAGIGOO Flex ist eine spezielle Lösung für den FDM-Druck flexibler Filamente, die für eine Vielzahl flexibler Filamenttypen entwickelt wurde. MAGIGOO Flex fungiert als Zwischenschicht zwischen der Bauplatte und dem gedruckten Teil, was eine gute Haftung ermöglicht und das Entfernen des Drucks nach Bedarf erleichtert.

WIE:
MAGIGOO Flex wurde für die Verwendung mit verschiedenen Marken für flexible Filamente entwickelt und getestet.

  • Schütteln Sie die Flasche.
  • Auf den gewünschten Bereich auftragen, indem Sie die Spitze auf dem Bett drücken (das innere Ventil aktivieren) und nach Bedarf verteilen.
  • Drucken Sie gemäß den Empfehlungen des Filament- / Druckerherstellers
  • Abkühlen lassen und entfernen. Der Druck sollte sofort herausspringen
  • Reinigen - Mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen.


SICHERHEIT:
Die Verwendung dieses Produkts mit anderen Filamenten als flexiblen Filamenten kann zu einer Überhaftung führen und Ihre Oberfläche beschädigen.

Tipps:
Für größere Drucke und Filamente mit hoher Schrumpfungsrate wird ein Shrink von 20 mm empfohlen.
Bei übermäßiger Haftung wird empfohlen, das Druckbett mit etwas Wasser nass zu machen und es langsam unter dem Teil zu bearbeiten. Dies sollte das Entfernen des Teils erleichtern.

This ball launcher takes a bit of getting. used to, but it is really helpful for those of us who are not MLB pitchers! The launcher itself is a sturdy plastic that is not brittle yet not soft; when the ball is launched there is no destructive bending in the shaft. The handle is padded and ergonomically sound while the cup end cradles the ball but has cut-outs on each side for easy loading and unloading of the ball. It did take a bit of practice for me to get the hang of it, but for my husband and son it was much easier. The launcher works well to help us older, non-gifted athletes launch the ball farther and faster while saving the shoulder, elbow, and wrist (important if there is any arthritis). The ball fits nicely into the cup and releases easily. The 2.5 size was too small for my Doberman, so we opted for the 3.5 in launcher. This smaller launcher and ball are now in the employ of my sister and her husband for their retriever-border collie mix, an 18 month old little fireball!. This is just the right size for her. My sister's husband has difficulty with arthritis and is neither quick on his feet nor able to stand very long. So the launcher comes in very handy. He can actually sit in a lawn chair and throw the ball repeatedly when their dog retrieves and returns it to him. That is a win- win!
