Durch die SE Ausrstung wurde das Band speziell fr die Flughafen Logistik entwickelt. Normale Verschleifestigkeit und niedriger Reibwert durch die mattierte Oberflche machen es als Standardband im Logistikbereich fr Stckguttransport sehr interessant. Aufbau: Der Zugtrger besteht aus 2 Polyester Gewebelagen in Kette und Schuss.

Anwendungen: Der E 8/2 U0/U2 MT-SE schwarz ist ein Transportband für Flughafen Logistik und allgemeine Fördertechnik. Durch die SE Ausrüstung wurde das Band speziell für die Flughafen Logistik entwickelt. Normale Verschleißfestigkeit und niedriger Reibwert durch die mattierte Oberfläche machen es als Standardband im Logistikbereich für Stückguttransport sehr interessant.

Aufbau: Der Zugträger besteht aus 2 Polyester Gewebelagen in Kette und Schuss. Verschleißfeste Urethan-Imprägnierung auf der Laufseite in Leinwandbindung. Die Tragseite ist mit 0,2mm Polyurethan in 85 Shore A beschichtet. Oberfläche ist mit einer Mattierung in schwarz ausgestattet. Die Gesamtdicke ist 1,45mm mit +/- 0,15mm und einem Gewicht von 1,55kg/m2. Der Spannungsdehnungswert relaxiert liegt bei 8,0 N/mm bei 1% Dehnung. Es wird eine Auflegedehnung von 0,3% empfohlen. Das Band ist von -30 bis +100 Grad – kurzzeitig bis +120 Grad einsetzbar. Produktionsbreite liegt bei 3.100mm – Längsnaht für größere Breiten möglich.

Eigenschaften: Das Band besitzt eine antistatischen Ausrüstung < 3x10hoch 8 Ohm nach DIN EN SIO 21178 und ist schwer Entflammbar gemäß EN 20340/ISO 340 und ASTM 378-D. Die Verschweißbarkeit von Profilen und Wellkanten auf Lauf- und Tragseite ist möglich. Eine Smartseal Kantenversieglung nur auf Anfrage. Z-Fingerverbindung im Standard mit Gegenbiegung ist freigegeben. Die chemische Beständigkeit lt. Beständigkeitsliste von Forbo Siegling für U. Das Transportband ist für Einsatz unverpackter Lebensmittel nicht zugelassen.

Bought the color 2 thinking it would be brown but it’s almost Black (my own ignorance). I saw a YT vid by Kie Rashon where she sort of left the front of her hair out so I was hoping to do the same but it’s too dark for my hair (you can’t tell in the pics). I would recommend checking Kie out on YT for more details. I do like it though so I will probably give this one to my sister and reorder a different color. Wish they provided pics of how the wig in other colors look. Edit: So I repurchased this piece in DR Hazelnut Brown (the lighter color). I took some leave out in the front so please note that’s my hairline, not the wig’s. It blended well with my hair color. My texture is a little curlier but I just did a braid out on the front to help it blend. Wig tangles very easily. I’m going to experiment with co-washing to see if that reverts it to its origami condition.
