Für Innen und Außen

Geeignet für: Lösemittelfreie Holzfarbe auf Basis natürlicher Rohstoffe, nach DIN-EN 71-3 für Kinderspielzeug geeignet und DIN 53160 speichel- und schweißecht. Für alle Hölzer im Innen- und Außenbereich, wie Gartenhäuser, Gartenmöbel, Gartenspielgeräte, Bienenhäuser, Fassadenverkleidungen, Türen, Fenster, Zäune, Fachwerk u.ä. geeignet. Umweltfreundlicher Anstrich, wetterbeständig, stark wasserabweisend, dauerhafter Schutz vor UV-Strahlung, auf Basis natürlicher Öle, tropfgehemmt, offenporig, feuchtigkeitsregulierend und geruchsarm.

Anwendung/Verarbeitung:

  • Die Oberfläche muss fettfrei, sauber, staubfrei und trocken sein.
  • Verarbeitungstemperatur einhalten, auch während der Trocknung ab +8 °C, Holzfeuchte nicht über 18%, Luftfeuchtigkeit <60 %.
  • Die Endhärte wird nach 10 Tagen erreicht. Während der Trocknungszeit Feuchtigkeitsbelastungen vermeiden und schonend behandeln. Die Trocknung erfolgt durch Sauerstoffaufnahme (Oxidation) mit produkttypischem Geruch, daher während der Trocknungsdauer auf ausreichenden, temperierten Luftaustausch achten.
  • Bei Weichhölzern im Außenbereich besteht Pilzgefährdung. Daher vor dem Erstanstrich z.B. mit yellowchair Imprägniergrund vorbehandeln. Die Wirkung kann auf verschiedenen Untergründen unterschiedlich sein. Wir empfehlen einen Probeanstrich.
  • Vor und während des Gebrauchs den Inhalt gut umrühren. Den Erstanstrich möglichst vor Montage allseitig aufbringen.

Die Holzfarbe kann durch streichen, spritzen, rollen oder tauchen aufgebracht werden. Alte, noch tragende Anstriche können i.d.R. überstrichen werden. Für die bestmögliche Haltbarkeit im Innenbereich 2 Anstriche, im Außenbereich 3 Anstriche aufbringen. Staubtrocken nach ca. 3 Stunden, überstreichbar nach 8 Stunden, blockfest nach 8-24 Stunden (die Trocknungszeit kann sich bei nasskalter Witterung oder hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit verzögern). Bei bestimmten Hölzern wie z.B. Eiche, Lärche, Zeder, Teak und Kork kann es zu Ausblutungen von Holzinhaltsstoffe kommen. Dann bedarf es einer Vorbehandlung mit z.B. yellowchair Isoliergrund.

Verbrauch: Ca. 60 - 85 ml/m², d. h. 1 Liter Holz-Lasur reicht für ca. 12 - 15 m² Fläche pro Auftrag, abhängig von der Holzart und Oberfläche (gehobelt oder sägerau). Bei geriffeltem Holz kann sich der Verbrauch erhöhen (Faktor 2 - 3). Ein geringerer Verbrauch beeinflusst die Haltbarkeit des Anstriches.

Reinigung: Sofort nach Gebrauch Pinsel und Streichwerkzeug mit warmem Wasser und Seife reinigen.

Lagerung: Kühl, aber frostfrei.

Inhaltsstoffe: Veredelte emulgierte Naturöle wie Soja- und Sonnenblumenöl, Wasser, Pigmente, Titandioxid, blei- und cobaltfreie Trockenstoffe, Topfkonservierung (1,2-Benzisothiazol-3(2H)-on (BIT) / Zink-Pyrithion; Beratung für Isothiazolinonen-Allergiker +49 (0)8465- 173825).

Wichtige Hinweise: Enthält 1,2-Benzisothiazol-3(2H)-on. Kann allergische Reaktion hervorrufen. Bei möglichem Hautkontakt empfehlen wir geeignete Handschuhe (Nitril) zu tragen. Bei Schleifarbeiten Feinstaubmaske tragen. Sicherheitsdatenblatt auf Anfrage erhältlich. Achtung! Beim Sprühen können gefährliche lungengängige Tröpfchen entstehen. Aerosol oder Nebel nicht einatmen. Ist ärztlicher Rat erforderlich, Verpackung oder Kennzeichnungsetikett bereithalten. Darf nicht in die Hände von Kindern gelangen. Lesen Sie sämtliche Anweisungen aufmerksam und befolgen Sie diese. Bei Verwendung mehrerer Gebinde mit unterschiedlichen Chargennummern diese in einem größeren Behälter zusammen mischen. Almost the perfect watch

I have owned three earlier models of these things going back to the days when I actually ran road races. They are brilliant pieces of work. My only complaint of them was that the start/stop/split button(s)--there were two on the older models--were too small. Well, apparently Timex listens and the two small buttons are now combined into one larger one. Probably this was done years ago but I'm only now getting back into road work, so now I get to discover it. The perfect watch? Almost. I especially like this model as my eyes are not what they used to be and the oversized face makes it easier to read. The downside to this is that it also makes the crystal easier to scratch. That's always been an issue, but I can live with it. No, the real problem with this product is, was, and apparently ever shall be, the band. Now, it could be worse, it could be a resin band (like the old ones) that will crack and break within a couple of years, but no, this is a nylon and velcro wrap style which should be just dandy, but for three glitches: 1. it's too short 2. it's too narrow (gee whiz, Timex designers, it's an oversized watch, why not a matching oversized band?) and 3. it's still resin where it attaches to the actual watch. Now, I imagine it's probably less prone to breakage in how it's implemented, but if you should choose to replace it, I can see no obvious way of removing it short of cutting it off. Really? But these are minor complaints. I doubt it would be comfortable on anyone whose wrists are much bigger than my own, but replacement bands are everywhere, and this watch will keep time with style and it's brilliant at splits. Heck, it even functions admirably as a backup for my expensive stopwatches at our regular short track stock car events. For my money (and did I mention the price is wonderful?) the Ironman is still the best at what it does, and for what it can do.

This is 5 stars because it is my favorite work/hard-use watch. I have been wearing one for years, and like all Timex watches, it can take a beating. I have to replace it when the band's ears get so damaged that they won't hold the band on. This has more to do with the plastic's lifespan than with a design issue. I am hard on watches. This watch normally lasts ne 7-10 years between replacements.

Typical Ironman quality

This is my fourth Timex Ironman watch. I own many watches, and prefer the Ironman for casual wear and sporting activities as well as swimming and snorkeling. I decided to replace an earlier model with this one rather than pay to change the battery. The Ironman has changed very little over the years since its introduction in the '80s, with the exception of cosmetic improvememnts and a larger display. I selected the "oversize" model as I was looking for a little more heft to this model. This watch fits the bill, not as chunky as my G-Shock. A pleasant surprise was the weight of the watch. This model is lightweight, another advantage over the G. It's larger than the typical Ironman model, but about the same weight. The band lacks the stiffness of some other Timex and Casio models, and is quite comfortable. Typical Ironman functions are unchanged, and the ability to "hide" various functions makes operation of the watch more efficient. There are three time zones, useful when traveling, as well as the usual chronograph/timer and alarm functions. I haven't worn the watch in the pool or ocean yet, but if experience is any guide, I expect no problems. I've never had an Ironman leak, whether during water sports or snorkeling. These are great watches for the money. I prefer 200 meter water resistance for this type of watch, but Timex has yet to build an Ironman 200m that doesn't overwhelm my wrist in weight and size. I'm not a big guy, and they are simply too large for my wrist. Looking forward to years of service with this watch. Definitely a good timepiece for the price.

Will not be disappointed

Keeping in mind that I received this item yesterday (2/24/16), I absolutely love this watch. The reason I have so much confidence with this watch is because I've owned one other Timex similar to this one, and it served me extremely well and is still able to do so. First off, this watch is certainly aesthetically pleasing. The blue color around the face of the watch and outline in the band, goes really well with the black frame. It's just an overall nice looking watch. More importantly, the quality seems great. As I mentioned, I've owned a Timex expedition, which I've had for more than 2 years, and it's still working perfectly fine. The watch seems like it's put together very well and there's no loose or flimsy parts. One complaint that many people seem to have with Timex is the quality of their band. Unfortunately I'd have to agree, since the band on my other Timex that's still working like the first day I got it, cracked and broke and is only being held together by the nylon fabric on the other side of the band. You're not going to have that problem with this watch. It's a full nylon band with Velcro adjustment, for precise fitting. it feels extremely comfortable and you won't need to worry about the band cracking (although I'm sure there will be certain defects in a mass produced bunch). I will use this watch for work and running, and rarely plan on taking it off. Just to give you an idea, I also have a garmin gps watch that I love and obviously has more functions than this watch. However, the second I received this watch, I slapped it on and put my garmin to the side. This watch also looks amazing when you wear it. I'll update this feedback as needed, but I'm confident this watch will serve me for years to come, just as my other one has.
