Der Rotwein Bordicon von dem Weingut Idiom zeigt in der Nase einen duft von reifen roten Johannisbeeren, Cassis und feine Noten von Teeblatt und Zigarrenkiste. Dahinter liegen Pflaume und ein Hauch Tabak, die Komplexität und Wärme geben. Am Gaumen wirkt der Wein dicht und konzentriert mit klarer Frucht und präziser Struktur. Die Tannine sind fein, körnig und gut eingebunden. Die Säure sorgt für Zug und Frische, ohne die Fülle zu verlieren. Das Finale ist lang, saftig und hallt mit Cassis und würzigen Nuancen nach.

Zusammensetzung:

60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot, 2% Malbec

                                             

Cuvée Wein

Cuvées zählen mitunter zu den teuersten Weinen der Welt. Bordeaux-Weine aus Frankreich oder Premium Weine aus dem Anbaugebiet Rioja, in Spanien, zählen ebenso zu Cuvées. Außerdem sind die besten Champagner der Welt meist Cuvée Champagner, bestehend aus den Rebsorten Pinot Noir, Chardonnay und Pinot Meunier.


Aber was ist denn eine Cuvée überhaupt?

Grundlegend bedeutet Cuvée, das Mischen eines Weins aus verschiedenen Rebsorten in einem Gärbehälter. Auch das Verschneiden von Trauben, die aus unterschiedlichen Lagen stammen führt dazu, dass ein Wein als Cuvée bezeichnet wird.

 

Passt zu

Der Idiom Rotwein Bordicon ist sehr stimmig zu Lamm aus dem Ofen mit Kräutern, wo Struktur und Würze des Weins das Fleisch tragen. Ideal zu Reh oder Hirsch. Entenbrust mit knuspriger Haut harmoniert mit der dunklen Frucht und den Tabaknoten. Kräftige Rindgerichte wie Roastbeef oder geschmorte Rinderschulter profitieren von den feinen Tanninen. Reifer Hartkäse wie Comté oder Manchego kann eine elegante Alternative sein.

Nice Glow Just Sticky

I was really excited to try this body glow oil, especially since it has SPF 45, getting sun protection and a bronzed shimmer all in one sounded perfect. The color is beautiful and gives a nice glow without looking too glittery, which I appreciate. However, it does feel a bit sticky right after application. I ended up lightly dusting some setting powder over it, which helped a lot to take down the tackiness and make it feel more comfortable throughout the day. Just a heads-up: you don’t need a lot of product, start with a small amount and build up if needed. It absorbs fairly quickly but still leaves that dewy finish, so it might not be ideal if you’re not into that slightly glossy feel. Overall, though, I really like the effect, especially for photos or a night out. Just takes a little trial and error to get it to work how you want!
