Das Lesegut wurde streng selektiert, ber mehrere Tage kaltmazeriert und anschlieend zu einem Viertel ungerebelt im 300l Fass ausgebaut. Spontanvergrung, keine Schnung, keine Filtration das ist bewusst puristische Weinkultur, die ihre Wirkung nicht verfehlt.

Intensive Beeren-Aromatik, doch auch rauchig und mineralisch mit deutlicher Graphit-Note und leichten Anklängen von Zartbitterschokolade im Abgang. Dieser Pinot braucht jede Menge Luft, wird dann aber sehr präsent im Glas.
