I always keep one on hand in case it gets lost. Very durable and sustains a lot of chewing. It is a constant companion and play toy (thrown in my face at 1:30 a.m. as a hint it’s play time). He sleeps with it. Puts it by his bowls as he eats and drinks. Take outside for walks and play. Greets me when I come home with it. Greets guests with it.
