Was solltest du ausserdem noch wissen?

Der Medizinball besteht aus polyurethan-beschichtetem Kunstleder und ist damit ideal für Übungen, bei denen du einen festen Griff brauchst. Gerade bei Circuit- oder Coreübungen wie dem „Russian Twist“, ist es essenziell wichtig, dass du den Ball voll unter Kontrolle hast und zwischen verschiedenen Gewichten wählen kannst. Beim Füllmaterial des Balles handelt es sich um Seidenwatte und Gummipartikel, damit tut es dem Ball auch nicht weh, wenn er dann doch einmal zu Boden fällt. Praktischerweise findest du auf dem Ball das jeweilige Gewicht in kg angedruckt, ausserdem das Gorilla Sports Logo, damit jeder weiss, wo du die Gerätschaften für deine Muskeln herhast.
