Mette Fine d'Alsace Brandy 42% 500mlPinot blanc wine from the Ribeauvill region. After a natural fermentation, it is distilled twice in our copper pot stills. Our wine eau de vie is aged for at least eight years in French Oak ex Cognac barrels before bottling. Tasting Notes: Lovely nose with aromas of apple, raisin, vanilla and toast.
