The Omcan refrigerated salad bar is a must have equipment for buffets and self-service areas. This unit comes with a kit comprising sneeze guard, tray slide, 2 pan covers and 15 1/3 GN pans. The unit is extremely spacious and can hold upto 5 1/1 GN pans, 15 1/3 GN pans or 30 1/6 GN pans of 4" depth. There are 5 full size pan slots that can be adjusted to accommodate various combinations of pan sizes.

The unit has been designed for commercial use and has an extremely robust build. The exterior is made of 430 stainless steel and the interior is made of 201 stainless steel. It has cyclopentane insulation that helps maintain the unit at a proper temperature. It has R290 as a refrigerant which is an environment friendly coolant and is powered by a 534 W compressor which helps maintain temperature in the range of -0.6 to 0.6 °C.

The tray slide can be customized to face either side, depending on how you would like to orient your salad bar table. It can be placed against the wall, or can be used as an island space. Additional tray slide can be made available on request (not included).

The sneeze guard and basin covers included with this unit are made of clear and transparent plastic material that are designed to protect the food from contamination and retain cooling to increase energy efficiency, while also providing ample visibility to your food, without obstructing the flow of light.

This unit has ample refrigerated storage underneath to keep food refills within reach, with a storage area of 66.6" x 19.8" x 20. Easily access the storage area even during busy service with three conveniently placed doors. The refrigerated storage includes 3 plastic-coated steel shelves of size 21.6" x 17.1 having a loading capacity of 40 kg/90 lbs each.

The unit comes with casters for easy mobility.
