The Torso is a hand-carved piece cast from molten silver, which creates its unique texture. The traditional technique of lost-wax casting was used to form the pendant from solid 925 silver. 100 per cent Australian-made, each piece has been oxidised and finished by hand, resulting in a piece that is truly one of a kind. The chain is Italian-made from 925 silver and available in either 50cm or 70cm lengths. Lost-wax casting, also called cire-perdue, is a method by which a molten metal is poured into a mould that has been created from a wax model.

Made in collaboration with Jeweller Chris Hyde (Hyde Dynasty).

Format: Paperback
This book is a game changer in that it takes an in-depth look at the lingering and undeniable effects of slavery on the psyche of today's African Americans. It is thought provoking and thorough and a must read for those seeking to understand the why's of what's happening today in the lives of many African Americans and how it correlates to the savagery of slavery.

One of the best, most practical, and well written books on Black Liberation!
Format: Paperback
So good that I am creating a book club for young (teenagers) POC. Very good book that is pro-Black without being anti-Anyone. I love the approach: you can love your race and promote it without also enslaving or attacking others. I am enjoying the read immensely and will be buying other books by the author. It's a really easy read, and arranged in a way that makes it easy to use for lesson planning and discussion.
