They blend wines from all three villages for each of their cuvées to add depth and complexity.Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks and there is a minimum ageing in the cellar of 30 months before dégorgement. These are tight, mineral wines which really impress and also deliver huge pleasure. With its delicacy, and its citrus aromas, this wine can be tasted with an incomparable pleasure at the time of the aperitif or accompanied by seafood.
