Landmark Chardonnay benefited from a slightly cooler 2025 growing season, producing a wine with lifted aromatics and fresh, lively acidity. On the nose, it reveals notes of white peach, citrus, and subtle oatmeal complexity. The palate is refined and gently rounded, showcasing flavours of ripe pear and nectarine, layered with hints of roasted almond and well-integrated oak. A bright line of acidity carries through to a persistent, focused finish, bringing both energy and balance. A beautifully layered Chardonnay, made for long lunches and shared tables.

Food Pairing: With its rounded palate and vibrant acidity, this wine is a versatile partner for a wide range of dishes. Its freshness complements buttery crayfish (lobster) tails, seared scallops, and flaky white fish such as halibut. It also pairs effortlessly with creamy dishes like fettuccine Alfredo or a rich clam and bacon risotto.

Aromatic and layered, the 2025 Landmark Pinot Noir opens with raspberry, cherry and wild strawberry, lifted by violet and subtle spice. The palate is supple yet structured, with fine tannins framing notes of dark plum, cranberry and savoury earth. Gentle French oak adds warmth and complexity, leading to a long, polished finish.
