Maximise your lower body strength and stability with the Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Power Squat, a versatile machine engineered for safe, effective, and customised squatting and lunging workouts.
Featuring adjustable width high-density foam shoulder pads on a linear rail, this machine offers a secure and comfortable fit for users of all sizes. The integrated squat ramp with a non-slip foot platform can be mounted in three positions, elevating the heels to improve ankle mobility and enable a safe, full range of squat motion. When not needed, the ramp easily detaches and stores conveniently beneath the footplate.
Personalise your resistance with multiple plate loading positions—six in total (three on each side)—allowing you to modify the resistance curve by loading weight on upper or lower horns. Load weights on the top horns for decreasing resistance through the stand-up phase, or use the lower horns for increasing resistance. Additionally, a rear-positioned bullhorn acts as a counterbalance for optimal control.
Train confidently with single leg stability support, ideal for split stance lunges. Adjustable safety stops and a stable frame design ensure maximum balance and protection during intense lower body training.
