This piece is a phenomenal work of art, easily one of the most beautiful dresses we've ever seen. The work is something of design dreams. Unreal slightly puffy tufted and waffled pattern smocking, with pleated details, with an array of intricate floral and foliage beading and sequins. Billowy bodice with nipped, fixed waist. Skirt bottom extends and flares slightly. Outer is on top of a layer of mesh tulle, and then another layer of almond silk chiffon lining, with attached weights to hold the under layers in place so that the flowing skirt bottom can move like an ethereal dream. Multiple layers of raw edged mesh and silk chiffon create a poetic collar Double layer sheer flowing angel sleeve. Backside has a keyhole opening. Zip up at backside of skirt and is then concealed with snaps. A total masterpiece.
