Aggressive tunes and some track miles can significantly overheat your oil wear down your engine. Leave it to Mishimoto to come up with an oil cooling solution to your Focus ST! The Mishimoto engineers started with a large 19-row oil cooler and mounted it in the front of the vehicle where it receives the most airflow. The oil cooler was mounted on the passenger side as to not interfere with some aftermarket air intake systems. Application specific braided stainless steel lines transfer the oil from the cooler to the engine and feature -10AN fittings for an easy installation. Mishimoto engineers saw consistent temperature decreases of over 30 F (16.7 C) using our non-thermostatic sandwich plate. Proving that this oil cooler kit can withstand the stresses of the most extreme applications. This oil cooler kit is available with either a Stealth Black or Sleek Silver cooler and your choice of the Mishimoto Oil Sandwich Plate or the Mishimoto Thermostatic Oil Sandwich Plate. Economical, easy to install, and does the job!

First, depending on your car model, replacing your cabin air filter is VERY easy.
With that out of the way, the shop wanted to charge almost 65 dollars to replace my cabin air filter. Decided to just buy one and do it myself. The only downside of waiting is that the air inside the car is not as fresh/clean when you're running your air. Anyways, you can usually get these kinds of filters between 20-45 dollars from auto part shops depending on the brand and features. I've used this brand and filter for the past 3 replacements on my car and they last just as long and filter just as well from my experience. No issues installing, and does in fact do a good job of filtering outside odors.
Highly recommended for the price!

Fits well and installs easily.

This filter looked about the same as the OEM filter. It installed in about a minute. The quality appeared to be fine. It was protected in a cardboard box. It fit my 2014 Subaru Outback perfectly. I just installed it an hour ago so I don’t have any long term observations about longevity or effectiveness. I can’t see any reason why it would not work as well as the original, it seemed identical.
