Jerry Andrus is one of the most original thinkers in magic and beyond. His magic and optical illusions have been featured on television shows and in magazine articles all over the world. These programs offer you an opportunity of a lifetime where you can see him perform and explain many of his greatest inventions. You will see and learn astounding magic with cards, coins, balls, handkerchiefs and much more.

Volume two of this series features many of the card routines and sleights, which gave Jerry Andrus his reputation of being one of the most creative card magicians of the twentieth century. The routines, techniques and strategies taught will change the way you approach card magic. The only non-card routine included is the famed Accupressure.

Effects Performed and Explained:

Accupressure: A large steel ball appears in the palm of our hand after showing both hands empty.

Whispering Aces: A multi-phase routine where four signed aces are lost in the deck but keep coming back to the top. The final two phases have the aces change place with four indifferent cards on the table and finally vanish to appear in your pocket.

To Any Small Number: A signed selection is lost in the deck. The spectator names a number between one and five. When they count to that number they find their selection.

Slop Triumph: A unique two phase routine where cards are shuffled face-up and face-down. When the deck is spread the cards are all facing the same way. The first phase incorporates a selection.

Tracker Jacks: Two jacks are placed face up and a signed selection is placed face down in different parts of the deck. When the deck is spread the selection is found sandwiched between the two jacks.

Any Card, Any Number: A signed selection appears at a freely thought of position in the deck.

Similarities: A multi-phase routine where you divine the names of selected cards with the final kicker having an indifferent card change into the selection.

Bowed Deck Display (performance only): A wild looking flourish with a warped deck of cards.

Sleights taught: Panoramic Shift, The Canceled Count, Sidewinder Shift (with many variations), Sleeving From The Deck, Snap Sleeving, De-Sleevery, Vani-Verse Move, The Ginza Shift, Short Wave Pass, Slop Shufle, Table Reverse, Sneak Peek and many unnamed original sleights, subtleties and techniques.

Features: "Tri-Zonal Space Warper" and "Spook Blocks" optical illusions and two interviews hosted by Richard Kaufman where they discuss what constitutes magic and how to invent magic. Original release date: DVD: July 2004, VHS: January, 2001. Running time: Approximately 65 minutes.

Comfortable and Easy to Wear Daily
Size: 2 Little Kid, Color: Navy/Blue
My daughter has been wearing these navy/blue shoes since the weather has been less rainy and more sunny. They are great for outdoor play, especially on days when it's warm outside. The knit mesh upper keeps her feet from overheating, and the cushioned insole feels supportive without being stiff. At size 2, the fit is accurate and the width runs a bit roomy, which gave her some growing room without feeling loose. The slip-on design with elastic laces and pull tabs is a real plus. She can get them on and off without any help, which she loves. The shoes are light enough that she barely notices them during long active days. My one small complaint is that the sole feels more like firm foam than rubber, so they can be a little slippery on smooth indoor floors. For the price, these deliver solid everyday value. They look good, hold up well to regular use, and my daughter reaches for them first most mornings. Pros: - Breathable mesh keeps feet cool - Easy slip-on design with elastic laces and pull tabs - Lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear - Accurate sizing with a roomy width - Durable for the price Cons: - Sole can be slippery on hard smooth surfaces - Limited outsole grip compared to rubber-soled shoes

Great kids' shoe — easy on, comfy all day
Size: 3 Little Kid, Color: Pink/Lavender
My kid has been wearing these for a few weeks now and I'm genuinely impressed with how well they've held up. The knit mesh upper keeps feet cool and comfortable during long days at school and outdoor play, and the cushioned EVA midsole does a great job absorbing impact. What really won me over is the slip-on design with elasticated laces and dual pull tabs — my child can put them on and take them off completely independently, which is a huge win. The fit is snug but not tight, and they run a bit roomy in width, which is great for kids with wider feet or those who need a little growing room. At $32, the quality feels solid for the price. Lightweight, breathable, and easy to wear — these check all the boxes for an everyday kids' shoe.
