Your skin is telling you something.

The breakouts that won't quit. The puffiness that shows up overnight. The dullness, the reactivity, the feeling that you've tried everything and your skin still isn't responding. If you've started to suspect the problem isn't on your skin but inside your body, you're probably right.

Congestion in the lymphatic system, sluggish liver and kidney filtration, and unaddressed histamine intolerance are three of the most overlooked drivers of chronic skin issues. They don't show up on a standard panel. They rarely get named by a dermatologist. But they show up every day on your face.

Skin & Lymph tea was formulated to address all three.

This blend was never created to sell. Claudia developed it in 2019 during her own recovery from over a decade of cystic acne, years of swelling, and a body she was still learning to understand. She became a clinical herbalist not by training first, but by necessity. The herbs worked. Her skin changed. People noticed and asked. That's the only reason this exists.

The formula has since been updated to specifically support those with histamine intolerance, a common and chronically underdiagnosed trigger for inflammation, skin reactivity, and puffiness that most conventional approaches never touch.

What's inside:

Cleavers, Burdock Root, Dandelion Leaf, Dandelion Root, Spearmint, Marshmallow Root, Nettle Leaf, Calendula, Clove

Each herb was chosen with intention. Together, they work to support lymphatic drainage, kidney filtration, liver function, and the body's natural ability to process and clear what doesn't belong. For those with histamine sensitivity, several of these herbs specifically help calm the internal environment that triggers skin flares in the first place.

What it is:

100% organic, caffeine-free, no fillers, no sweeteners, nothing added. Just the herbs.

How to Use

Note: This blend contains both roots and leaves. For best results, the decoction method below extracts the most from the harder root material.

Quick Cup Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add 1 heaping teaspoon to a strainer. Cover and steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove strainer and drink warm.

Decoction Method (Recommended) Separate a small amount of the burdock root and dandelion root from the blend, or simply use the full blend as-is knowing the softer herbs will steep alongside.

Add 2 heaping tablespoons of the blend to 4 cups of cold water in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Keep covered and let the remaining herbs steep for an additional 15 to 20 minutes. Strain and drink throughout the day. Refrigerate any remainder and consume within 24 hours.

Great children’s book
Cute little story. Goes with my daughter’s kindergarten curriculum which is why I bought. Has so many options for crafts and activities that can go with it-colors, seasons, poetry.

It's a really nice story about how we all have different ways of ...
A new acquaintance recently introduced me to "Frederick," a charming, very short children's picture book about a family of field mice who are preparing for the winter. One of them, a young mouse named Frederick, does not do much work and appears to be shirking his responsibilities. Frederick explains to his skeptical family that he IS working by quietly gathering imaginary sun rays for the cold winter days to come. The book ends with the mice experiencing a tough winter, and then being inspired to carry on by a poem Frederick has created that grew out of his meditations when his family members thought he was being lazy. It's a really nice story about how we all have different ways of making contributions, and that important work is not always readily visible, especially creative endeavors. The book also has some exercises for children, including one that guides a participant into writing a poem. If you read this story to a child and then make a poem together, it'll make a sweet project! A few of the words in the story are a bit advanced for young children, which offers a nice vocabulary building opportunity and does not detract from the story. What I like best about "Frederick" is that it acknowledges that we humans are not all the same, and that we need our different talents and personalities to "make it through the winter." It might be especially nice to share with that child in your life who "marches to the beat of a different drummer."
