The KLX 250 S / SF is an excellent bike for anyone looking to do mods, as simple upgrades will certainly deliver more power from this workhorse. The first thing we recommend is our performance exhaust, which will really open up the machine and immediately deliver an 18-20% horsepower increase.
If you have the fuel-injected 2018+ KLX 250, we highly suggest the EHS Kawasaki KLX 250S/SF fuel controller. Our exhaust does not come with an O2 sensor bung, but it can be requested in the order notes. Other methods are available.
