It contains curcumin and boswellia which are herbs help with inflammation and bromelain (an enzyme derived from pineapples) which can help maintain joint flexibility.
Arth-9 also contains several nutrients that may work to promote tissue repair‚ including vitamin C‚ calcium‚ and zinc.
