| Remarks | The heat treatment does not directly improve brake performance. The heat treatment increases the disc resistance against strains and thermal cracking. It also helps maintain stable brake performance for a extended period of time. _x000D_ The surface of the heat treated brake discs has a burnt colour. Once it is used, the burnt surface will be removed by the pad, and changes back to the colour of normal cast iron. Please be aware that the effect of the heat treatment of the disc will not disappear even if the surface colour changes. _x000D_ 12 slots version (HST type) is available as a special order. the surcharge of 12 slots is JPY6,000 (w / o tax). _x000D_ our processing of the rotor, the above package we have shipped in. Convenient for travel
Good for travel when you may not have a glass, a spoon and a place to mix the powdered version with water. Make no mistake, you must still drink at least 8- 12 ounces of water with the capsules, and one serving is 5 capsules. But, this is a bulking agent,!so that is to be expected.

Surprisingly Great for Diarrhea + Dropped My LDL Big Time – Sugar-Free Winner!

I started taking this Metamucil Sugar-Free 4-in-1 Psyllium Fiber mainly because I deal with diarrhea more than constipation (opposite of what it's usually advertised for). I was skeptical, but it worked amazingly well—firms things up, reduces urgency and frequency, and gives me normal, regular bowel movements without any cramping or worsening. It's gentle, mixes okay in water (orange flavor is tolerable, not too sweet since it's sugar-free), and I take 2 teaspoons daily.
Even better bonus: after a few months of consistent use, my LDL cholesterol dropped from 110 to 58! That's a huge win for heart health—I wasn't expecting that, but the psyllium fiber really does trap cholesterol and help lower it (backed by studies and Metamucil's own claims). No side effects for me, and it's affordable in bulk.
