Gags are fully adjustable to fit everyone. The largest size is meant to fit 23" and the smallest hole is at 19" Please message me for a more custom fit. I can take away material or add holes as needed.

If you are unsure of your size you can measure with a fabric measuring tape or a string and ruler. Start in the middle of your mouth and wrap string or measuring tape around your the back of your neck back to the front where the start of the string or measuring tape is. Measure string against ruler.
