Preferred Nutrition Omega-3 Plant Sterols with CoQ10 contains an optimal balance of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA from high-quality fish oil, alongside CoQ10 and plant sterols, to help support cardiovascular health. This triple-action formula helps lower blood total and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol and also helps reduce serum triglycerides. It features free plant sterols with 80% combined beta-sitosterol, campesterol, and stigmasterol.
INGREDIENTS Each softgel contains:
- Fish Oil (anchovy, sardine, and/or mackerel) 417 mg
- EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 150 mg
- DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 75 mg
- Free Plant Sterols [Glycine max (seed), Brassica napus (whole plant), Zea mays (whole plant), Helianthus annuus (seed) (80% combined beta-sitosterol, campesterol, and stigmasterol)] 370 mg
- Coenzyme Q10 (microorganism) 50 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients
Softgel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, pectin, sorbitol), soy oil, lecithin, beeswax, tocopherols.
Recommended adult dose: 2 softgels daily with food or as directed
by a health care practitioner.
For migraine prophylaxis/prevention: 2 softgels 2–3 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.
