A wonderful blend of tangelos and red clover reminding you of lazy summer days, lying in the grass and watching the clouds play across the sky.

The rich honeyed notes of red clover (from Taranaki’s Freeman Urban Farm and Roebuck Farm) are rounded off with the lushness of Bay of Plenty tangelos (thank you Brandon), crafting a full-bodied generous summer gin.

Food Pairing: Plenty of ice, your favourite tonic, and a slice of lemon/crushed lemongrass stalk.
