Vitamin D3 Cholecalciferol Complex has combined vitamin D3 with vitamin A, K, Iodine, Ligustrum Lucidum and the V2 Food Base to support healthy bones as well as overall health. Vitamin A is responsible for bone growth, repelling bacteria, maintaining vision and the health of the immune system. Similarly vitamin K helps transport calcium around the body for bone health, bone growth and bone strength. Iodine helps the thyroid to produce hormones to maintain bone health, energy metabolism, immune response and the development of the nervous system. Ligustrum Lucidum is derived from a plant and helps to prevent poor eyesight, insomnia and restore immune system function.

Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule daily for normal maintenance. Two capsules per day during periods of decreased sunlight or increased demands on immune system or as recommended by your health professional.
