Tele Vue Accessory Package for NP101is Telescope

An ideal companion for their NP101is Nagler-Petzval APO optical tube assembly, this Tele Vue Accessory Package includes essential observing and mounting gear for your OTA. This package includes a 18.2mm DeLite eyepiece that yields a low 30x power on this OTA, a 2" Everbrite diagonal that comes with an eyepiece reducer adapter to use the smaller eyepiece in the large focuser drawtube, plus a mounting ring to attach the OTA onto a mount head.

• DeLite Series 18.2mm Eyepiece (1.25")

  Tele Vue engineered this long focal length DeLite Series 18.2mm Eyepiece to produce a low magnification on most OTAs, and be as sharp and clear as their venerable Delos line, but smaller and more lightweight. The eyepiece features fully multi-coated optics that maximize light transmission and improve color and contrast across its entire wide 62° field of view. An exceptionally-long 20mm eye relief allows users to back off the eyecup for a more comfortable viewing experience with a greatly reduced risk of interfering vibrations caused by accidental contact with the eyepiece lens. The eyepiece is outfitted with their proprietary locking eyeguard which lets you set the eye relief in the perfect position whether you wear glasses or not. This DeLite has a barrel diameter of 1.25" to fit into the most common size focusers and accessories, and is parfocal with all Tele Vue Group 'B' eyepieces, allowing you to change compatible eyepieces without having to refocus - saving time and limiting vibrations.

• Everbrite 90° Star Diagonal Reducer Kit (2")

  Built to the exacting standards that define the brand, the 2" Tele Vue Everbrite 90° Star Diagonal is outfitted with a Pyrex optical glass mirror that has been coated with the proprietary Everbrite coatings that bring reflectivity to an amazing 99%. This virtually eliminates light loss and produces bright and clear images across the entire visual spectrum so colors are rendered accurately and resolution remains tack sharp. This version of the Everbrite is outfitted with a 2" barrel and eyepiece holder for use with larger equipment, and a 1.25" reducer adapter is included to allow the smaller and more popular-sized eyepieces to also be used

  This diagonal is machined from a single block of aluminum to ensure permanent alignment of the incoming and outgoing light and to eliminate heavy accessories from forcing the diagonal body to "unscrew" from the barrel�as can occur with two-piece diagonals. A non-marking or marring brass clamp ring holds the eyepiece firmly in place without damaging it, and the diagonal is outfitted with blackened anti-reflection 48mm filter threads. Placing the filter threads on the diagonal body makes observations easier by allowing users to change eyepieces without having to move the filter every time magnification is changed.

• 4" Ring Mount (Satin)

  The Tele Vue 4" Ring Mount attaches to specific Tele Vue optical tube assemblies, and has a tension clamp which allows you to quickly adjust the position of the optical tube assembly within the ring.  This allows an ideal balance point, which moves depending upon the weight of visual/imaging accessories and the angle of the scope relative to the ground.
