3 x Sensi Gold 18K Prosecco DOC NV (Italy)

Pale straw-yellow in colour, enhanced by a crystal clear, crisp, lingering beading that brings out the exquisitely-subtle pear, citrus, white-fleshed fruit and  white-petaled flowers overtones to the full.  Marvelously fruity, pleasantly-dry and superbly fresh  on the palate, with a perfectly-balanced texture which combines gentle acidity and a lively, creamy fizziness.

Made from100% Glera grapes grown in the gravely, fertile alluvial terrain through which the central section of the River Piave flows along the valleys in the top part of the Treviso plain.

Food Pairing: Extremely versatile, allcourse wine, perfect in any convivial situation. Superb as aperitif, whenever raising glasses for a toast. The Spumante Brut version is especially suitable with appetizers, raw fish  starters and steamed seafood. Unforgettable when  paired to chocolate cakes and apple pies.

3 x Sensi Veneto 18K Pinot Noir Rosé NV (Italy)

Pinot Rosè 18K, produced with Pinot Noir grapes, has a bright, deep and vibrant colour and a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is fresh, pleasant and fragrant, enriched by pungent notes of white flowers and soft fruits like blackberries, raspberries and strawberries. The taste is delicate on the palate and has the perfect balance between fruity and acidic components.

Produced from the gravelly and fertile alluvial land crossed by river Piave in the valleys of the high Treviso plain. Pinot Rosa sparkling brut is obtained from the vinification as rosé of Pinot Nero and successive sparkling process.

Food Pairing: Ideal as a classy aperitif to celebrate the most important events. It pairs well with entrées, fish first courses as well as sea food, shellfish and fish in general.
