Dovetail jigs also present a challenge to maintain router balance when moving across the template. If the router does not sit flat while routing, the pins and tails may be poorly formed and not fit properly. This full width router support ensures the router always sits flat for safer, easier and more accurate routing. As an added bonus, the router can be securely parked out of the way when clamping boards in the jig. Everything you need is in the box and no jig modifications are required. The one-time setup takes only 15 minutes. Simply place the beam on the support brackets, set your router over the vacuum dust collection port, and you’re ready to rout without all that dust!
