Our Live Memphis Perfume Bar is a sensory-driven fragrance activation designed to deepen guest engagement through personalized scent creation.

This elevated experience integrates seamlessly into weddings, baby showers, brand activations, corporate gatherings, and private events, transforming your occasion into an interactive and memorable luxury experience.

GUEST EXPERIENCE FLOW

Guests are guided through a curated scent journey, exploring a fragrance library featuring designer-inspired profiles and individual scent notes.

Each participant creates a custom fragrance using a structured blending process of top, middle, and base notes, resulting in a balanced and professionally layered scent.

To ensure a seamless experience, guests participate in small group rotations of approximately 4 to 6 at a time. Each fragrance is completed within 5 to 10 minutes, allowing for a smooth and continuous flow throughout the event.

Each custom scent is bottled, labeled, and presented as a take-home keepsake, extending the experience beyond the event itself.

BOOKING INFORMATION

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and begin preparation. Dates are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Final guest counts, customization details, and event logistics must be confirmed in advance to ensure a seamless experience. Any changes after final confirmation may result in additional fees.

For multi-day activations, secure storage or accommodations for equipment may be required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the event date.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future event within 12 months, based on availability.
