How to Use:
Simply pour a generous layer of approximately 3–5cm (1–2") into your mealworm container as both bedding and a food source. No mixing or preparation required. Refresh every 4–6 weeks or as flakes are eaten.

Storage Tips:
Keep bedding in the freezer to prevent grain mites, but warm it to room temperature before adding it to your mealworms.
