Nowdays 11 hectares are located on the southern slopes of Epernay, Cote des Blancs and Vallee de la Marne. The traditional philosophy is supported by biodynamics, where herbicides are forbidden. The champagnes by Laherte Freres are the result of the wide range of soils, Crus and exposition. Everything is vinified separately to better exalt the characteristics of single parcels. The majority of the Cuvees are vinified in wooden barrels to obtain rich, dense, complex and fresh style of wine.
Ultradition expresses lovely notes of lemon, stone fruits, and white flowers. Vibrant and complex attack, with refined and lively bubbles, followed by great aromas of citrus. Great freshness in the finish.
