The Refuge Modular Bed Rack System is crafted from US steel to provide a platform for whatever your rig needs. Our bed racks are designed to be versatile if you upgrade trucks- it can be adjusted width wise to fit any bed. Length can be adjusted with different Refuge Space Bars. The Jeep Gladiator specific Refuge Modular Bed Rack System follows the upright lines of the classic Jeep Gladiator cab for an aesthetically pleasing and functional piece of equipment!
To prevent rust, we proudly zinc-dip all of our bed rack systems. The zinc-dipping process involves dipping the steel into zinc so that every crevice is treated. The other guys use zinc-coating, which is a process similar to powdercoating- a process that can't get the zinc in every single bend and crease in the metal- leading to potential rust issues down the line.
We offer our bed racks in the following standard colors: Midnight Black, Battle Bronze, Pure White, Candy Red, Bullet Silver, and Gunner Gray. Note: standard colorways include Midnight Black Refuge Space Bars. Single color racks are available as an upgrade.
We are proud to offer industry leading weight ratings with each cross bar being rated to 1000 lbs. static. However, there are a number of factors toward creating a safe weight rating, and the tensile strength of the bed and payload ratings should be considered before utilizing the rack system over 1500 lbs. in a static environment. The dynamic weight rating of 800 lbs. is assuming paved roads and minimal chassis/bed flex. Dynamic offroad trail weight rating is 500 lbs.
WHAT ARE THE MOUNTING OPTIONS?
The Refuge Modular Bed Rack System utilizes a drill-less mounting solution for both rail systems and C-clamp pinch welds. Installation is a breeze with basic hand tools. We offer our bed racks in three different heights: Low Height (10"), Mid Height (14") and Full Height (18"). We also offer two different Refuge Space Bar lengths: Shorty (48") and Long (56"). Simply pick and choose what color, height, and length you need.
