Made from 1.6mm food-grade aluminium, it keeps weight down for easier lifting while still holding its shape through regular use. The perforations allow hot air to circulate under and around doughs and pastries to support more even colour and texture, particularly where steam or moisture needs to escape during baking.

The tray has four pressed sides with a 25mm depth to help contain product and reduce spillover, making it practical for high-volume prep and bake-offs.
