"Intense, precise, varietal and powerful bouquet of cabernet with aromas of dark plum, black blackberry, tobacco and hay, roasted bell-pepper and earthy stone, clay and rocky earthy complexities. Bold, fruity, firm and dry on the palate with a core of fruit flavours that reflect the nose, plenty of tannins to add texture, complexity and mouthfeel. Acidity adds contrast to the core of fruit and length. Very young, but entirely drinkable today and through 2028+" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Apr 2021

"A blend of merlot, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon and malbec. Ripe, soft and palatable red with attractively ripe berry and spicy oak flavours. A supple and appealing wine that offers value at this price" Bob Cambell, Master of Wine, Real Review, Jan 2021

"Attractively fruited and enticing, the bouquet shows spiced plum, thyme, cured meat and cedar characters. The beautifully rounded palate displays lovely weight and persistency backed by fine texture and chalky tannins, finishing long and flavoursome. A blend of 37% merlot, 32% cabernet franc, 22% cabernet sauvignon & 9% malbec. At its best: now to 2025" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Feb 2021

"Deep, ruby-black with some transparency, lighter ruby-red on the rim. The bouquet is gentle and fragrant, aromas of violet, red fruit with a hint of herbaceous melded with smoke and cedar. Full-bodied, flavours are elegantly presented with concentration, the nuance of plums, a little cassis, and red berries, which are succulent; unfolding sweet vanilla, cedar and nutmeg interweave rosemary and mint. Complexity and concentration on the palate, lengthy and breadth palate supported by fine-grained tannin extraction and integrated acidity, lends a sustained cedary finish. This is a complex and harmonious red blend with a breadth palate and fine-grained structure. Match with roasted meat, tomahawk over the next 6+ years. Fruit from Bridge Pa, a blend of Merlot 37%, Cabernet Franc 32%, Cabernet Sauvignon 22% and Malbec 9%. Destemmed, fermented in closed fermenters to 14% alc, aged in barrels for up to 12 months" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine Reviews, Jan 2021

This blended red is a prime example of the style produced from gravel soils. The wine has scented Black Doris plum and blackberry with hints of baking spice, cedar. The palate shows dark fruits dominated by plum and blackberry with a full mid palate supported by firm, ripe tannins with a sumptuous finish. The oak influence is subtle and provides spicy notes and good structure.

A beautiful red blend of Merot 37%, Cabernet Franc 37%, Cabernet Sauvignon 22%, and Malbec 9%. Planted on free draining red metal soils. The vines are managed with an open canopy to provide good airflow and exposure to sunlight. All the canopies are single cordon spur pruned.

All fruit is sorted with their state-of-the-art optical sorting machine and destemmed to closed fermenters. Cold soaking takes place before ferment, with fermentation taking approximately 10 days with regular pump overs to optimise colour, flavour and tannin. Daily assessment of flavour and structure determines when we press. The must is pressed when maximum flavour is achieved. They then keep each batch and variety separate during barrel maturation for up to 12 months. The wine is blended and fined then filtered just prior to bottling.

This wine will continue to age gracefully for several years. Ideal drinking from 2020 to 2028.

Solid little workhorse
Color: Space Grey
Works well. Key part of my espresso setup. Battery charge lasts. Easy to use. My only gripe is that the power switch can be hard (for me) to turn on and off without lifting it up to find it.

Worth it!
Color: Black
A necessity for anyone trying to elevate their espresso making game. I use this to measure my beans and to also measure the shot I pull and how long it takes to pull. It’s great quality and totally worth it. The scale is very quick to start when the shot starts to pull. Easy to use and a great scale.

Works prefectly, accurate, easy to use, and looks great.
Color: Black
I didn't expect much but it works really well and seems to be very accurate. It's much more sensitive (to 0.1g) than the scale I was using to measure my coffee and the autostart timer works really well. Also, unlike my other scale, this one is USB-C rechargable and so far has no indication of needing a recharge after a week or so of daily use. My other scale uses CR2032 batteries and goes through a pair every three weeks, so being able to recharge instead is quite nice. It's small and I can use it to time the extraction and also use it to measure out heated water for tea, or whatever I need. This is definitely a steal for the price.

Great value and full-functioned.
Color: Black
This is a simple, elegant little scale with timer. It's perfect for use with a small espresso machine like my Breville Bambino Plus. It shifts easily from counter use weighing beans before grinding, to placing on the drip tray to time and weigh shots. The top is smooth and water resistant. I think it's a great value.

Premium experience from a scale
This scale is not cheap, but it comes with a premium experience. The overall build quality is excellent, and it looks and feels great. Scale is extremely sensitive and response, and very consistent. Quick to zero, quick to turn on. Display is clear and easy to read. Well insulated from water, with only the bottom being semi-exposed to liquids (note that it is NOT waterproof, so still be careful - do not submerge it). It also has an espresso mode which can be toggled on/off. That mode will automatically tare when placing things on it, meaning you can weigh your beans, take off the bowl and put back on a cup to brew the espresso into, all without tareing manually. It also detects when you're actually brewing, and it does so by detecting a steady flow of liquid. This specifically can be a bit finicky, it may or may not work for you depending on your machine and how you brew. My only single complaint is the volume of the beeping. By default it plays a loud beep whenever you're using the touch buttons. It is very loud and I turned it off immediately. Unfortunately it seems there is no way to lower the volume on the beeps. Not a deal-breaker at all for me, but something to consider if you care about audio feedback.
