| Remarks | Venti DISC car only _x000D_ The heat treatment does not directly improve brake performance. The heat treatment increases the disc resistance against strains and thermal cracking. It also helps maintain stable brake performance for a extended period of time. _x000D_ The surface of the heat treated brake discs has a burnt colour. Once it is used, the burnt surface will be removed by the pad, and changes back to the colour of normal cast iron. Please be aware that the effect of the heat treatment of the disc will not disappear even if the surface colour changes. _x000D_ 12 slots version (HST type) is available as a special order. The surcharge of 12 slots is JPY6,000 (w / o tax). _x000D_ our processing of the rotor, we have shipped in the above package. You do have to replace some of the moving parts

I love this for the price. I run it every single day, and it keeps mine floor, clean and free of hair and crumbs. I was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised. I even recommended this one to my sister. Perfect Replacement Roller Mop for Eufy Robot Vacuum

Not good, poor quality from Eufy products
I bought this as a last try to fix my unit.
I wanted to share my experience with the Eufy S1 Pro after owning two units.
Unfortunately, both units had serious issues.
The first one developed multiple problems within less than a year:
Dirty water tank issues
Mop roller lifting motor malfunction
Loud and abnormal noise during dust collection
Eventually stopped working completely
Despite that, I decided to give it another try and purchased a second unit, planning to reuse parts from the first one if needed.
However, the second unit failed even faster. After around 2 months, it stopped performing dust suction from the robot to the base station.
At this point, I cannot recommend this product. The reliability has been very poor in my experience, especially considering the price.
On a positive note, customer support has been responsive and helpful, but unfortunately, the product quality itself did not meet expectations.
