- Heavy Duty Burners: Features heavy-duty burners with a stable flame, along with stand-by pilots for consistent frying results.
- Temperature Control: The fryer comes equipped with an imported high-quality thermostat, offering precise temperature control from 93°C - 205°C (200°F – 400°F).
- Safety Valve: Includes a safety valve with an automatic voltage stabilizing function, ensuring safe and stable operation.
- Self-Reset High Temperature Limiting Device: This built-in device automatically resets to prevent overheating, adding an extra layer of safety.
- Combination Valve with Pressure Regulation: Comes with a combination valve that includes built-in pressure regulation for reliable and safe operation.
- Nickel-Plated Baskets: The fryer includes two nickel-plated baskets, each with a wire mesh crumb screen for easy food handling and cleanup.
