Align Gut Health & Immunity Prebiotic + Probiotic Gummies are made with a prebiotic, Oligofructose, to help stimulate the growth of healthy bacteria in your gut and the probiotic, Bacillus Coagulans, which helps support gastrointestinal health. Plus, every serving of great-tasting, citrus-flavoured gummies contains an effective dose of Vitamin C to help support good health and immune function. Recommended Dosage: (Serving Size: 2 Gummies): Adults (18yrs and older): Chew 2 gummies. Take two servings per day. Reduce daily dosage if temporary gas or bloating occurs. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotic. Take with 250 mL of water. Take two hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products since the absorption of these products may be delayed.

Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Consult a doctor before using if you are taking medication (especially citrus flavoured immune suppressing drugs), if you are pregnant/nursing or if you have diabetes. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur. May cause mild gastro-intestinal discomfort (such as gas, bloating, cramps).
