In our sessions, you’ll be encouraged to deeply explore your inner world—identifying unconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, and the core values that drive your decisions. You will receive a pre-session form to fill out. Please take time out of your schedule to complete this and make sure we receive it at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

You will receive a post-session summation of your session to help guide you in the next phase of your life. 

In order to receive maximum benefit from the session it is recommended that you allow time afterwards for integration.

The Coaching  Session runs for 60-75 minutes.

Packages of 6 are strongly recommended.
