A specific field test designed to presumptively identify synthetic opiates like Oxycodone, and Hydrocodone. If the substance is found in a tablet or capsule form, reduce it to powder prior to testing. All of these synthetic opiates; Oxycodone and Hydrocodone will develop a Yellow color for a positive reaction. Due to the strength and absorption properties of substances being tested, you are strongly advised to wear nitrile gloves when testing all suspected synthetic opiates.
