It absorbs engine vibration very well but increases resistance the more the motor moves, reducing the movement to about 5mm.

Great for use as a standard replacement engine mount or a circuit, speedway, drift and drag racing application. Also ideal for turbo cars and cars with large diameter headers with tight engine bay clearances.

Can be used individually on the passenger side in conjunction with a factory mount on the drivers side to reduce the engine lifting under acceleration and maintain a smooth factory feel, or in pairs to stiffen up the front end and significantly reduce engine movement during acceleration and high speed cornering, acceleration and deceleration.

However, we have received feedback from customers that fitting only one hasn't caused any problems. Given the stiffness of the mount, running 2 on either side may induce additional vibrations.
