HISTORY ASPECTS:
The Curtiss P-40B/C Warhawk "White 48" was flown by David Lee "Tex" Hill, a 20-victory ace and commander of the 2nd Squadron "Panda Bears" of the famed 1st American Volunteer Group, better known as the "Flying Tigers." Operating under the Chinese Air Force, Hill and his squadron were instrumental in countering Japanese air superiority during the early years of the Pacific conflict. The P-40B/C Warhawk, with its robust airframe, six .50 caliber machine guns, and ability to dive at high speeds, proved highly effective in the China-Burma-India theater, allowing pilots like Hill to exploit the aircraft’s strengths in both aerial combat and ground-attack missions.
Based across various airfields in China, "White 48" participated in numerous defensive and offensive sorties against Japanese bombers, fighters, and ground targets. Hill’s aggressive tactics and sharp marksmanship enabled him to achieve 20 confirmed aerial victories, often flying in small formations against overwhelming odds. The P-40’s rugged design and dependable Allison engine allowed pilots to execute daring maneuvers, making it a feared adversary despite the Japanese forces’ numerical advantage. Hill’s leadership and combat skill were critical in maintaining morale and effectiveness among the AVG squadrons during intense operations in the Chinese theater.
The exploits of "White 48" and Tex Hill exemplify the courage and determination of the Flying Tigers, showcasing the critical impact of the P-40 Warhawk in shaping early aerial engagements against Japanese forces. The aircraft remains an enduring symbol of ingenuity, bravery, and Allied support for China during a pivotal moment in World War II. Hill’s legacy as a top ace and leader continues to inspire aviation enthusiasts and historians alike.
This 1:72 scale model captures every detail of Tex Hill’s iconic fighter, from the distinctive "Panda Bears" squadron markings to the sleek, rugged profile of the Warhawk. Perfect for collectors and aviation history fans, this model celebrates the heroism of the Flying Tigers and the pivotal role of the P-40 in protecting China’s skies during the early Pacific War.

Dry glitter, not glue
Color: Glint Rainbow
This is dry glitter, not glitter spray. Will need glue for it to stick but it’s very pretty.

Fine holographic sparkle with smooth and even application
Color: Glint Rainbow
I tested this glitter powder several times over about two weeks while using it on my hair and along the cheek area for festival style makeup looks. The shimmer particles are very fine, which helps create a smooth reflective effect rather than chunky glitter. The applicator releases a light dusting of powder, which makes it easier to control how much product is applied. I found that building it gradually works best, starting with a light layer and adding more for a stronger sparkle effect. The holographic finish reflects different tones depending on the lighting, shifting slightly between soft rainbow colors under brighter light. It looks subtle indoors but becomes more noticeable and reflective in direct lighting or outdoor settings. During wear, the glitter stayed in place for several hours with minimal fallout when applied lightly. I noticed that applying it over slightly set makeup or hair helped it adhere better and reduced loose particles. With its fine texture, controllable application, and noticeable sparkle under different lighting, it delivers a versatile glitter effect for creative makeup looks. The quantity of the spray was nice and it was durable under the sun too.

Glitter Bomb
Color: Glint Rainbow
It gets ALL over the place and doesn’t stick all that well. Neat idea but it doesn’t work the way I would hope.

Cute bottle, great product
Color: Sparkling Pink
My daughter has been in to all things glitter. Most recently her makeup and skin care. Shes been looking for hair glitter. While helping her search I came across this spray and thought the bottle was too cute to pass up. The quality is great, she sprays it in her hair and it lasts all day. She can also use it on her skin for added sparkle. Surprisingly for a loose glitter it sticks really well. Some specks may transfer but not much.

Really lovely
Color: Glint-Rainbow
Got this for my toddler as a celebration gift for getting rid of her binky. Only big girls get to be sparkly. I also use clear coat on our nails and spray with however much glitter we feel like at the time and it's very cute. It is not adhesive, it's just loose glitter. If you want it to start on your hair I'd suggest light hairspray first immediately followed with the glitter. It's a very fun little bottle.
