• Panels: 1/4" thick transparent clear acrylic panels (5-sided set-over design).
• Hardware: Rust-resistant screws and connectors for easy assembly. Optional HD hardware upgrade includes metal hinges, robust hex binding screws, and metal door pulls.

Assembly and Customization:

• Fast, Easy Setup: Assembles in 1-2 hours using a Phillips screwdriver and/or 2.5mm hex wrench. Includes 3D-printed parts for a simple, tool-light process—no complex mods required.
• Customizable Ventilation: Features a 4" exhaust bracket for a 4" hose, with three exhaust openings (top, side, back) and two sliding air inlet covers for optimized airflow. Upgrade to a 95 or 200 CFM compact fan for enhanced fume extraction.

• Flow Control Vents: Two sliding air inlet covers to optimize airflow, enhancing exhaust performance and reducing printhead clogs.

Questions from our visitors:

• When will the enclosure be available? Our enclosure will start shipping 14 to 21 days after we receive our Kickstarter unit. This will allow us confirm our final design. Preorders will be fulfilled first and then general orders after the this will need an additional 10 to 14 days for production.
• Will it work with the optional accessories? Yes, we are sizing this to work with the larger bed travel, the roll to film attachment, and the rotary. We've generously sized the enclosure to allow the doors to fold out, fit the attachments, and account for important functions of the printer.
• Will the exhaust affect the print drying? Our fans have a speed control so that you can control the circulation in the enclosure. Every workspace is different so expect some adjustment to get the best fume mitigation and print performance.
• How long does the exhaust fan last? It is rated for 67000 hours or 7.5 years if on 24/7

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. Unused, undamaged panels with masking fully attached are eligible for a full refund less return shipping. If panels are damaged (after shipment) or the protective mask is removed, we cannot offer a refund.

Why is an enclosure necessary for UV printing?

UV printing produces VOCs and the fumes can be hazardous. Our enclosure isolates fumes, blocking exposure laser cut panels, and protects against dust, ensuring a safe, clean workspace.

How does the enclosure prevent printhead clogging?
